HowTo Fest/Ankuendigung
Es wurde von Matthias und dem damaligen ErVo, vor etwas längerer Zeit beschlossen das alle Feste vorher angekündigt werden. Dies nicht in Bezug auf Werbung, sonder im Bezug auf Lärm. diese Mail soll vor allem enthalten:
- Wann ist wo Lärm - Allgemeine Informationen zu Lärm und den Haussprechern - Optionaler leichter Werbeblock zum Fest (aber nicht Hauptteil der E-Mail)
und dies so ca. 2 Wochen vor dem Fest an Bewohner@hadiko.de. Am Besten wird diese Mail bei Hausfesten von den Entsprechenden Haussprechern geschickt, bei FestKo Festen von der Hauptorga. wie das aussehen kann:

Hallo HaDiKo,
am Samstag, dem 31.10.2025, findet das Hausfest im K4 statt. Die Veranstaltung geht von 19:00 bis 03:00 Uhr und es ist mit einer erhöhten Lautstärke auf dem Gelände zu rechnen. Wir bitten um euer Verständnis und freuen uns darauf, mit solchen Festen die studentische Kultur fördern zu können. Ihr seid natürlich alle herzlich dazu eingeladen!
Bitte beachtet zusätzlich, dass am Festabend ab ca. 18:00 Uhr das K4 nur noch für K4-Bewohner über den Haupteingang (mittels Blechschlüssel, also eure Zimmerschlüssel) betretbar ist. Damit wollen wir das Treppenhaus sicherer machen. Entsprechend müsst ihr eure Gäste an dem Abend dort abholen. Wir bitten euch um eure Mithilfe, die Türen geschlossen zu halten.
Ebenfalls halten wir die Flure des K4 an, keine weiteren eingeladenen Flurpartys zu veranstalten.
Falls es (auch außerhalb von Festen) Probleme oder Notfälle gibt, bitten wir euch darum, euch direkt an die Haussprecher zu wenden. Informationen über unsere Telefonweiterleitungen findet ihr auf den Aushängen in euren Fluren bzw. bei euren Flurtelefonen. Via E-Mail könnt ihr uns über hs@hadiko.de oder einzeln über hskx@hadiko.de erreichen (x bitte mit der Hausnummer ersetzen).

On Saturday, October 31, 2025, the housefest will take place at K4. The event will run from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., and you can expect increased noise levels on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to promoting student culture through events like this. Of course, you’re all warmly invited!
Please also note that on the evening of the party, starting around 6:00 PM, K4 will only be accessible to K4 residents via the main entrance (using a metal key—that is, your room key). We’re doing this to make the stairwell safer. Accordingly, you’ll need to pick up your guests there that evening. We ask for your cooperation in keeping the doors closed.
We’re also asking that no further floor parties be held in the K4 floors.
