Please read this page carefully before writing an E-Mail. The process cannot be explained to everyone individually, if you do not follow the instructions you will be rejected.

How to store stuff?

  1. Every Wednesday 14:30 you can make an appointment with the "Abstellkammerminister" to store stuff or get something back.
  2. Therefore write an E-Mail to abstellkammern-k2@hadiko.de with the date of the wednesday you like and what you want to store.
  3. Wait for confirmation (will come asap) with further information.

Tips:

  • bring helpers for larger objects
  • write the email in time. if you write on Tuesday, you will probably not get an answer in time.
  • label all objects you want to store. Therefore write NAME, ROOMNUMBER and DATE, at least twice, clearly visible on your object (e.g. on a piece of adhesive tape).
  • If Wednesday 14:30 is impossible for you, please write at least 3 alternative dates in the E-Mail.
