Es wurde nach einem Flurputz aufgeräumt und der Abstellraum ist einigermaßen gut organisiert. Besondere Regeln wurden nicht festgelegt.

Flurdienst
Der Flurdienst wird immer wöchentlich von zwei Personen gemacht. Jede Person muss pro Semester mindestens vier Schichten erledigen. Dazu trägt man sich in die Liste ein, die in der Küche links neben den Mülltonnen hängt.
Flureinkauf
Pro Semester wird ein Flurbeitrag von 30€ (5€/Monat) an den Flurkassenwart gezahlt. Damit werden regelmäßig Dinge gekauft, die von allen genutzt werden, sei es Lebensmittel, Haushaltsutensilien oder eine neue Anlage in der Küche.
Flurputz
Rundfunkbeitrag
Für die Zahlung des Rundfunkbeitrags ist Felix (G312) zuständig. Ihr müsst selber keinen Rundfunkbeitrag mehr zahlen. Dafür müsst ihr im Antwortbogen des Rundfunkbeitrags angeben, dass die "Wohnung von einer Mitbewohnerin oder einem Mitbewohner zum Rundfunkbeitrag angemeldet" ist und dann die Beitragsnummer angeben. Die könnt ihr entweder bei den Flurmitbewohnern oder direkt bei Felix erfragen.

Floormoney contribution
It was noted that there are still 100 Euros left in the floor treasury.
It was proposed that the Floormoney contribution will be raised to 30€ for the summer semester, which means costs of 5€ per month per person.
The increase is necessary, due to the inflation. There were no objection to the increase.
Payment will be due by the end of April.
It was also noted, that we still have to collect the Floorcleaning reward fee.
Floorcleaning
Regarding the Floorcleaning, it was mentioned that the kitchen was not properly cleaned during the last cleaning session. It was decided, that for the next cleaning session, the kitchen should be cleaned thoroughly and that now only one person is needed for the storage room, thanks to the rearrangement. The cleaning tasks will be performed in groups and will be divided through a spread sheet.
Also was noted, that a written request should be submitted to the janitor for extra lamps and to report any problems with the emergency light.
The specific cleaning tasks include:
cleaning up the media corner
removing bugs in the bathroom
drain cleaning
cleaning the shower heads and water fitting
washing the mosquito nets (dismount and put in the washing machine)
moving the washing machine
Floor Offices
The need for new officers for the next semester was discussed, as 04, 10, and 13 will be moving out. The following volunteers were found for the various roles:

There were also some proposes to create some new duties:
Vice Floor Speaker: It seemed like that this role is not necessary, but if needed, 13 suggested that 06 could at least attend the House Parliament once.
Spice Agent: The role was created unanimously and 09 volunteered.
Needs, complaining and reminders
During this point of order, several needs, complaints, and reminders were addressed.
Firstly, it was reminded, that common oil should not be used for frying.
Additionally, if an item is empty, like garlic, onions and oil, anyone can buy it, you get the money back!
Everyone were reminded to wash their dishes directly and only use the space by the sink for soaking for short periods.
A Starsystem for emptying the drying rack was suggested and will undergo a one-month test phase where the floor inhabitants will send photos to the group and mark when it is done, with one drink for every five emptyings.
The drying rack will not be removed, but no large items (pots, pans and bowls) or knives should be placed on it, and small bowls should be placed on the small shelf.
The floor duty will be responsible for reminding people to remove their belongings.
It was requested, that in the bathroom after flushing, participants should take a last look and remove any stains.
Air freshener should be used after a stinky dump, and the washing machine door and detergent drawer should be kept open all the time to prevent bacteria build-up.
Once in a while, a 90° wash cycle with 6 tablespoons of citric acid diluted in 500ml of water should be run to kill bacteria, remove smells, and clean the machine.
In general, floor members were asked to close their doors as quietly as possible, as door slamming is very annoying.
The bathroom door should be closed when the washing machine is in use, and the window should be open while the dryer is in use.
The mold in the bathroom should be reported, specifically the one in the silicone, that it can be removed.
New spatulas will be bought.
Further
Floor group communication channels: After an issue with WhatsApp, 09 suggested exploring alternative communication channels. Suggestions included Telegram, Signal, Matrix protocol, WhatsApp, Teams, Discord, Rocketchat, IRC, ICQ, email, and whiteboard. It was determined that Matrix protocol was not currently feasible, while Rocketchat, IRC, ICQ, email, and whiteboard were deemed too cumbersome.
A vote was held, with each member having the possibility to vote for each option once. Telegram received 5 votes, Signal and WhatsApp received 6 votes each, while Teams and Discord received 3 votes each.
To break the tie, a run-off vote was held between Signal and WhatsApp, where only one option could be voted for. Signal won with 6 votes to WhatsApp's 3. 05 will create the new Signal group.
Map of Middle Earth: 07 proposed painting a map of Middle Earth on an empty wall. There was enthusiasm about the idea, but it was in general requested to have an initial draft to be shared before painting something on the walls.
Move-in cooking tradition: 09 suggested starting a move-in dinner tradition, which was received positively. However, it was noted that new floor members should not be pressured to participate in this tradition.

moving in of our future Floormate
future 07 is going to move in on 2nd November and asks if he is allowed to move stuff in the storage room beforehand. Because there is enogh space on our floor, nobody shows something against it.
Freezer
13: HaDiKo wants to reduce electricity consumption and will go throw the floors looking for machines with high energy consumption. There's a lot of stuff in the 09 freezer. It's probably from foodsharing. We will look through it and if it is not belonging to someone, 09 can keep it.

13: The bank is empty right now. 27€ for this semester (October-March) = 4,50€ per month, approved. Due date: End of this month.
Reminder: Common spices, onions, garlic, vegetable oil (except deepfrying), packaging material can be used by everyone.

08: Can we buy a ladder for the floor? Two step ladder is approved. 05: Can we remove the television in the kitchen which we don't use and put up a cork board instead? We can sell the television including the wall mount. This was also an idea by 13.
Riminder for common tasks in the kitchen hosted by 06: Please put washed up knives with the blade end down in the dish rack. Blade up can be dangerous. When cooking, please use the left spaces of the stoves. Please keep the dirty dishes corner as clean and empty as possible. Put stuff you used back in the cupboards. Clean after cooking.

PO 2 State of the Floor
05: I want to use this PO as a report and feedback PO. What is the financial report? How is it going with the beverages? Floor duty?
Financial report: 13: Everybody paid, better then last semester. We are on track. Soon we need to order a larger batch from towels and cleaning utensils. Everyone can add what they want to the order and the stuff will be delivered. Also we got a lot of new stuff for the floor laptop. But there is possibly a driver issue with the display port.
Beverage report: 04: Our floor is quite reliable, our wealth is growing. If anybody has some ideas about new beverages, please say so. Feel free to offer your help for shopping. Please bring your empty bottles back on time.
13: Floor duty on Christmas? There won't be enough work to do. So please don't put your name in the list, when no one is there, that is not fair for the others.

PO 5 Bathroom Insect/Ventilation problem
(01) wrote (HmK3) an e-mail and he should come in the next days. There are a lot of ventilators in the shower, but they do not work. Only solution is to open the window. Also open the door for the night. (05) will explain (HmK3) the vent problem.
PO 6 Tube problem
The Kitchen hood is not connected to the ventilation shaft. (05) will ask in the HPK3: Does the other kitchens also have the same problem with the ventillation and the (HmK3) is indifferent?
PO 7 Escape door
The balcony escape door can't be locked. (05) will contact (HmK3) about this.
PO 8 Mate testing
(05) Mio Mio Mate is better than the original Club Mate. (05) liked the ginger Mio Mio Mate the most, (10) didn't like the new ones. (04) will get more ginger, because it went away well. Perhapes we will try another taste. (05) want to have bananna.
