AK Backen/Weihnachtsbackkurs
Der AK Backen bietet am 17.12.2023 einen Weihnachtsbackkurs an. Wir sind unter ak-backen-specials@hadiko.de für Fragen, Anmerkungen und Ideen erreichbar. Alle Rezepte sind vegetarisch, die Heidesand auch vegan.
The AK Backen is offering a Christmas baking course on 17th of december 2023. We can be contacted at ak-backen-specials@hadiko.de for questions, comments and ideas. All recipes are vegetarian, the Heidesand recipe is vegan as well. Further english translations below the german version
Was wir planen:
- Drei verschiedene Arten an Plätzchen: Heidesand, Husarenkrapfen und Zimtsterne
- Gemütliches gemeinsames Backen (es muss nicht perfekt sein, die Hauptsache ist, dass es schmeckt)
- Auch für absolute Backanfänger geeignet & super um neue Leute kennenzulernen
- Eventuell gibt es selbstgemachtes, weihnachtliches Eis, falls die neue Eismaschine des AK Backen rechtzeitig ankommt
Formalitäten
- Bitte meldet euch an. Es können sich bis zu 10 Teilnehmer anmelden, mehr ist organisatorisch leider nicht möglich
- Wir beginnen am 17. Dezember 2023 um 12:00 in der G3-Küche (K3) und sollten nachmittags oder am frühen Abend fertig werden
- Es gibt einen Unkostenbeitrag von 3 Euro, um die Zutaten zu finanzieren

What we are planning:
- Three different types of christmas cookies: Heidesand, Husarenkrapfen and cinnamon stars
- Cosy baking together (it doesn't have to be perfect, it is important that it tastes good)
- Also suitable for absolute baking beginners & great for meeting new people
- There may be homemade Christmas ice cream as long as the AK Backen's new ice cream machine arrives in time
Formalities
- Please register. Up to 10 participants can register, more are unfortunately not possible for organizational reasons
- We will start on 17th of December 2023 at 12:00 in the G3 kitchen (K3) and should finish in the afternoon or early evening
- There is a contribution towards expenses of 3 euros per person to cover the ingredients
