German version: ASH-Raum

The ASH-room is a study room in K1, named after the (former) name of K1 (Adolf-Stadler-Haus). The entrance is through a glass door directly opposite the stairs of the A-wing in K1. Normally the room is open 24/7 for all residents with a transponder. Only during some events it is closed.

Usage during Corona

Currently, the ASH-room is closed to residents and can only be used by prior reservation. Reservations are possible for groups of persons of max. 5 persons from max. 2 households [1] or for groups of persons of max. 6 persons from one household including one person from another household.

Only 5 time slots per week per person or study group. If you exceed these limits, all your bookings will be deleted and you can only book again in the following week!

Write a one-time mail to ashraum@hadiko.de with your name and room number. You will then be permanently activated for the ASH-room and can now book your time slots via the reservation table (ASH-Raum#Belegungsplan).

After activation you have to update your transponder at an online lock, e.g. at the TT-room. A complete list of online locks can be found here: Elektronischer Schlüssel#Wo befinden sich Online-Türen?

From 6pm you can sign up for any unbooked slots for the following day, even if that means you have more than 5 bookings in total.

If your study group consists of x people, it does not mean that you can book x*5 time slots in total. Please be fair.

Please leave the room 5 min before the end of your time slot and ventilate properly.

Alternative

Worth knowing: If the ASH-room is occupied, you can also reserve the Gruppenarbeitsraum.
