German version: ASH-Raum
The ASH-room is a study room in K1, named after the (former) name of K1 (Adolf-Stadler-Haus). The entrance is through a glass door directly opposite the stairs of the A-wing in K1. Normally the room is open 24/7 for all residents with a transponder. Only during some events it is closed.
Usage during Corona
The ASH room is once again open to all residents, getting unlocked is no longer necessary.
The following rules applies in particular:
- Only 8 people from up to 3 households per table group. No more than 3 table groups.
- A mask must be worn at all times even when seated.
Please air the room properly - windows should always be at least tilted and preferably fully open.
Of course, all this only works on a basis of trust. Should it not work at all, we will work out a stricter concept again.
Alternative
Worth knowing: If the ASH-room is occupied, you can also reserve the Gruppenarbeitsraum or study in the EUFF.
Reservation
Making a reservation is no longer necessary.
