ASH-Room

German version: ASH-Raum

The ASH-room is a study room in K1, named after the (former) name of K1 (Adolf-Stadler-Haus). The entrance is through a glass door directly opposite the stairs of the A-wing in K1. Normally the room is open 24/7 for all residents with a transponder. Only during some events it is closed.

Usage during Corona

Currently the ASH room can only be used after a one-time activation.

Write a one-time mail to ashraum@hadiko.de with your name and room number. You will then be permanently unlocked for the ASH room.

After being unlocked, you will have to update your transponder at an online lock, e.g. at the TT room. You can find a complete list of online locks here.

In accordance with the current Corona guidelines, the following applies in particular:

• Only 8 people from up to 3 households per table group. No more than 3 table groups.
• A mask must be worn at all times even when seated.

Please air the room properly - windows should always be at least tilted and preferably fully open.

Of course, all this only works on a basis of trust. If individuals do not abide by the rules, we will unfortunately have to revoke their access. Should it not work at all, we will work out a stricter concept again.

Alternative

Worth knowing: If the ASH-room is occupied, you can also reserve the Gruppenarbeitsraum.

Reservation

Making a reservation is no longer necessary.
