Each bicycle parking space of the HaDiKo will be closed for a short period of time at least once a year and any bicycles left behind will be retained. This is announced in advance by a notice and by e-mail to the residents (in the case of bicycle cellars/sheds only to the associated house). This is done so that our parking spaces are not littered with left-behind bicycles and can be done in the context of festive events.

Where have all the bicycles gone: The clearance

At the announced time, the locks of the remaining bicycles will be broken, as far as they cannot be moved otherwise. Afterwards, the bicycles will be catalogued, collected and firmly chained.

I forgot my bicycle: Releasing bicycles

If you have not removed your bicycle in time, you can redeem it for a handling fee of 15€. To do so, come to one of the listed issue dates. Please note that bicycles will not be stored for more than 4 weeks.

Solltest du dein Fahrrad nicht rechtzeitig entfernt haben, so kannst du es gegen eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 15 € auslösen. Zusätzlich benötigen wir einen Eigentums- und Identitätsnachweis (z.B. passender Schlüssel zum Schloss, ein Foto, Ausweis). Komm einfach zu einem der aufgelisteten Ausgabeterminen (falls keine Termine in der Tabelle sind, kannst du eine Mail an uns schreiben). Beachte, dass Fahrräder nicht mehr als 4 Wochen aufbewahrt werden.

What happens to the remaining bicycles: Bicycle auction

Once or twice a year, bicycles that have not been redeemed will be auctioned off with a starting bid of 10€.
