Das Hausparalament setzt sich aus je einem Flurvertreter der Flure des Hauses und dem jeweiligen Haussprecher zusammen.
Die Beschlüsse des HP sind für alle Hausbewohner verbindlich. Das HP wird vom Haussprecher und in besonderen Fällen vom Kontrollrat des jeweiligen Hauses einberufen. Es berät über Fragen, die die Hausgemeinschaft betreffen. Vor jedem Kollegausschuss muss es ein HP geben.
