All [[Bewohner|regular floor residents]] may vote (including exchange students, but not subtenants and short-term tenants), but only those who are of legal age may stand for election ([https://files.hadiko.de/sv/ordnungen/Satzung_Ordnungen.pdf#@AbsClause.P-6 see: passive voting rights according to the statutes]).
